DMITRY LOSKUTOV – born in 1978 in Cheboksars. Graduated from the Chuvash State University. Law Faculty. Worked in Ministry of Justice. From 2000 till 2006 worked in Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Departement for Security and disarmament affairs. From 2006 - Mission of Russia to NATO. A second secretary. He is responsible for defence-industrial and practical cooperation with NATO.
Concept: The world without arms is an illusion but ideally the arms have to perform their task so that they will never have to be used. |
