ANDREY TKACHENKO - born in 1962. Doctor of medicine, professor, head of the Department of forensic psychiatry examination in criminal code and a Laboratory of forensic sexology of the Serbsky State Research Center of social and forensic psychiatry. His sphere of interest: psychopathological phenomology, forensic psychiatry, forensic sexology. Author of 15 monographs (including “Forensic Psychiatry. Consultation of the lawyers”) and manuals, and of more than 200 articles.
